WHO WE ARE
TMT Building Services Pty Ltd is managed by owner / director, Travis Tierney.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Travis is a licensed carpenter, licensed builder (certificate IV in residential building studies) and has an associate diploma in architectural technology.
Travis worked through his carpentry apprenticeship, then as a sub contract carpenter for many years, gaining a wealth of experience and further knowledge before starting his own construction company, ‘TMT Building’.
As well as building many architecturally designed homes for clients, Travis has designed, built and lived in three of his own.
As director of TMT Building, Travis’s key role throughout your project is to ensure that high quality is achieved in the most efficient manner. He cross references architectural, engineering, client and budget requirements to ensure all are satisfied. Travis closely monitors that all aspects comply with The Building Code of Australia as well as Australian Standards, and also ensures all other trades and sub-contractors fulfill TMT’s high standard.
Always available for project updates and consultation meetings, Travis himself becomes ‘hands-on’, when needed on the build.
TMT Building Services appoints a full-time foreman onsite, as your immediate day-to-day contact to ensure the smooth daily running of the build. Our foremen are highly skilled with years of experience in project management. We also employ experienced full-time staff all of whom are highly qualified and well trained.
